By uniting around 30 Private Hospitals of Kosovo, being considered as an independent organization which protects and presents the professional interests of its members, ensures the high standards of the code of ethics and medical ones, promotes and protects the activity of private hospitals and health professionals in private health institutions, provides continuous professional education and is committed to providing the highest quality health services and other services for the benefit of Kosovo Health.
For the first time in Kosovo, a voice of the entire health sector of Private Hospitals has been gathered to unite towards general goals and not personal implications, to help and strengthen towards the development of health in Kosovo.
The association has made a revolution towards the common private sector for which it also has its own parallel structures in legal, administrative, criminal and operative protection.
Therefore, based on the mission of the Organization, our focus is to help in the professional development and sustainability of Health in Kosovo and to be a liaison mechanism in strengthening the close cooperation between the Private Sector and Public Health Institutions, for the benefit of the Citizens of Republic of Kosovo.

To help in the professional development and stability of Health in Kosovo.
The organization should be a liaison mechanism in the promotion, rights and development of health in Kosovo by linking the close cooperation between the Private and the Public Health Sector for quality services to the Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
Cooperation with state and local authorities that address health issues and cooperation with other professional associations in the country and abroad.
Plan, promote and implement continuous professional education in cooperation with the Chamber of Doctors of Kosovo.
Represents and protects the professional interests of ASPK members in exercising their profession.
Cares for the preservation of the authority of ASPK members in exercising the activity and health ethics.
Cooperates with the Ministry of Health in the preparation of laws, documents and other bylaws in the health sector as well as the supervision of their implementation.
Cooperates in the prevention of illegal health activity.
Cooperates with all relevant actors in the promotion of Health in Kosovo, promotion of international cooperation and networking as well as the support of professional staff towards their development in the field of health.
